A Note on Size Measurements:
Our product naming is based off of the product name from the manufacturer.
Measuring SS Wire rope with a micrometer is tricky at best because:
The surface is not uniform. Wire rope is a braid with a surface shape that resembles a spiral. Micrometer calipers are flat and narrow. Not a happy marriage.
Wire Rope is compressible. You might think "Hey.. this is steel.. what do you mean it compresses ?" It is a braid, so there is a small amount of slack in each twist which allows for compression, so getting an accurate measurement is tricky.
Steel expands/contracts with temperature.
This is GOOD wire rope from a premier manufacturer. We are proud to sell it. That said, we cannot accept returns because of issues of size / fit / color.

    awesome!

This is so simple, no rolling mesh for me anymore. I boiled them in distilled water, torched, boiled again and torched. No funky taste at all. Easy to use and set up. Fits the AGAT-2 perfect, don't have to drill out a larger hole. So far, very long lasting. I used a bit of ekowool for the tip and 30g wrap..plumes I tell ya. Definitely would buy again and again, but still going on the one used so far, so long lasting.

    Liking the SS Rope Wicks

Posted by Christopher Pease on 29th Oct 2013

I've been using these on my AGA-T2 for a while now. When I use my bench grinder to smooth the ends its a snug fit but they drop right in. I've tried SS mesh, XS-18 silica and 2mm Ekowool to wrap the top and they all work great depending on taste and juice. I like a warm vape and the cable retains more heat than solid SS mesh wicks. Even a tight cable will let the juice through as fast as you can handle when you tilt. These are hard to cut - thank you Kidney Puncher for making it easy.

They do live up to the hype

Posted by Terry on 28th Sep 2013

After reading about these for months and watching videos I decided to try them. Very glad I did. They wick very well and are easy to sleeve with Ekowool, so no torching necessary. I have tried these in a RSST and Aga-T2 and it works very well in the RSST. Fitting them into the Aga-T2 is a massive chore, but I suspect the next smaller diameter will work. I will order them soon. I also had some specially cut for another device and the fine folks at KP accommodated me with no questions asked. Thank you KP!!

Every order is processed and shipped quickly. Easily my favorite vaping Etailer.

I love these wicks. They work great on my RSST's and AGA-T2's. No more genny tipping even at 6 o'clock vaping at 50/50 pg/vg. RECOMMENDED!!!!!!

    Works good but gets HOTTT!!

Posted by Dan Newman on 16th Jul 2013

This is a good wick for a genny, I used it in an RSST. The wick fits the atty well, and it's just like everyone says - no tipping required. The only downside is it gets super hot and retains a lot of heat. Don't bother trying this on a Vamo or the like, use this on a mech.

Best Wicking Material So Far IMO

Posted by R Waldman on 10th Jun 2013

What can I say? This stuff is "Wicking Extreme!" The only downside that I can find is its tendency to be a bit of a heatsink, but this can easily be overcome by cranking the voltage/wattage up a bit. I can't say if it is better than ceramic, because I have yet to wrap a coil on the FC-2000s without breaking them, but I am fairly certain that even if ceramic wicks better, or produces better flavor, the fact that SS rope is inexpensive and easy to work with will outweigh any advantages that ceramic may have. If you haven't tried this stuff yet, you really should!
