You might have used 316L SS before but we decided to change it up a bit and we made sure to have the new KP 316L SS wire annealed to the same KPSI as Kanthal. After further testing this wire is right in between the same KPSI as KA1 and N80. This will allow you to create all those awesome builds you've made with KA1 and N80 without any issues of springy SS. KP 316L SS Wire can be used in wattage mode & temp control mode. It is slightly lower in resistance when compared to N80.

No hole in spool
Wire is great. Works the way it should. Only tiff is there's no hole in the spool to hold the wire. Had to drill one myself. That's why I gave it a 4. Shipping was fast too

316L Claptons
I've only recently tried SS and I'm glad I did. Wrapping with 36&38g 316L makes for a nice clean vape. I like these bigger spools too. The wire feeds off much better than the small spools and didn't need any stretching or straightening. love it! I'll be ordering more soon!

SS316L wireu
This stuff rocks! Easier to work with than kanthal or ni80. Finally I've found small gauge SS wire for my staggered claptons. My only complaint is be that there isn't larger size spools available of the smaller gauge. It would be nice to be able to get 500 feet or larger spools of 36 and 40 gauge. 100 feet doesn't go very far when you're making fused and staggered Clapton wire.

Finally someone in the states has small gauge SS wire! Shout out to KP for making this available I've been wanting some small size SS316 wire but the only place I found online was out of the UK. Now I only gave this 3 stars for a reason, there's nothing wrong with the wire and the shipping was fast I got exactly what I wanted. But for anyone who might not know much about different wires I seriously suggest Unless you plan to use temp control there's really no good reason I see to buy SS wire, if you're going to just be doing regular builds for a mech or strait wattage just get nichrome it works just as well and it's cheaper! That's honestly my only problem I use SS a lot for temp control, but it is pretty pricey compared to nichrome hopefully you guys will eventually offer bigger rolls for a little bit cheaper because 100 feet goes quick when you do claptons! Otherwise im def a satisfied customer.

This is the only way to do temp control. Much easier to build with than NI200.
