Please keep in mind we are unaware of your local laws and, you the customer, assume all shipping risk. Once we hand your package over to USPS, we no longer have control nor influence over its delivery. If you order any e juice your customs form will be labeled as e juice. We will not stretch the truth or under declare values on any packages.
We cannot take PayPal due to PayPal USA's policy forbidding its use for electronic cigarette sales.
A note on credit card payments:
In order to combat credit card fraud, our payment gateway uses "Address Verification System" aka AVS. This system matches the billing address you provide on your order with the billing address on file with your credit card company. They must match EXACTLY.
If they do not match OR if the bank for your credit card does not support AVS; you will not be able to complete your order AND you will end up with a "pre-authorization" for the order amount on your credit card for 3 to 7 business days. This is true for both domestic and international orders.
- We cannot override the AVS for your order
- We cannot make "pre-authorizations" go away any faster.
All USPS International postage rates are based on the weight of your package.
First Class Mail International
First Class Mail International is assigned a tracking number. Unfortunately once the package leaves the USA (typically in Los Angeles, California or New York) we will not have any other tracking information on this package. First class international mail can take up to 20 business days to reach its destination.
Priority Mail International
Priority Mail International is assigned a tracking number and can be tracked until it is delivered to the customer. Your package will arrive to you in 6 – 10 business days.
Priority Mail Express International
Priority Mail Express International is assigned a tracking number and can be tracked until it is delivered to the customer. Your package will arrive to you in 3 – 5 business days.
FedEx International Economy
FedEx International Economy is assigned a tracking number and can be tracked until it is delivered to the customer. Your package will arrive to you in 5 – 7 business days.
All shipping times are estimated and do not include customs delays.
International customers are responsible for paying their own import taxes and duties.
