Coil Father King Drop RDA

I have never tried the original drop, so I cannot comment on how it compares. This RDA appears to be made well, and it vapes pretty well too. My main issue with it is that it was assembled incorrectly when I got it. I kept getting ohm readings all over the place with two separate builds, and figured the 510 pin was loose, but tightening it did not help.

After taking it apart, I saw that the pieces were arranged, from bottom to top - Insulator, neagative post, positive post (the 510 pin comes up through all 3 parts). This seemed like a kind of weird way to arrange things, though everything appeared to fit in alright. I decided to find out if things fit in a way that seemed more reasonable to me - Negative post, insulator, positive post. They fit this way, and it resolved the issue of jumping resistance.

While this was a minor inconvenience to me, this could cause serious problems if the RDA is being tested on a mechanical device, and even could make it basically on a regulated device, for someone who might not think to check things like this. I don't know if mine was a one in ten thousand mistake, or if there are a bunch of others out there assembled improperly. I can only comment on my experience.

After fixing it, the RDA is a decent vape, with pretty good flavor and would have gotten at least 4 stars if not for this issue.
